Warranty Policy

Swift Hanger LLC warranties our clothes hangers to perform under normal use for up to 1 year.  If you feel that the Swift™ Hangers that you purchased are either defective or otherwise not functioning properly, please review our Using the Swift™Hanger page before making a warranty claim.

If after reviewing the documentation and videos on the Using the Swift™Hanger page, you still feel that your Swift™ Hanger is malfunctioning, please send an email to customerservice@swifthangers.com with “Warrantee Claim” in the subject line.  Be sure to include your name and date of purchase in the email.  Once we receive the defective hanger return, we will validate it’s malfunction and replace or refund your money if it’s failed condition is found to be a manufacturing flaw.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at swifthangers.comIf you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will do what we can to make it right.  Before making a return or refund request, please be sure to review our Using the Swift™Hanger page. 

Please begin any return or refund request by sending an email to customerservice@swifthangers.com, and putting either “return request” or “refund request” in the subject line.  Please include the date of purchase (or approximate date of purchase) in the email to aid in identifying your order.

 

Returns

You have 30  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Once we have received your refund return request email, we will reply with shipping instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.  You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping
costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you
receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your
exchanged product to reach you may vary.
